Return & Exchange Policy (UAE) – Rebellion Jewellery

At Rebellion Jewellery, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

Eligibility Criteria:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refunds are only applicable to online purchases made through our official website.

Return Process:

Submit your return request by emailing us at info@rebellionjewellery.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

Our customer care team will guide you through the return process, including courier pickup (UAE only).

Upon inspection and approval, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

Exclusions:

• Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
• Products damaged due to misuse or neglect will not be accepted.
